Bruisers Balm was born in Vail, Colorado, from a life spent around hockey, mountain sports, and the bumps, bruises, strains, and soreness that come with playing hard. I grew up playing the game, my son plays, and I've been fortunate to coach kids from Mini-Mites through Bantams. After our family started using arnica for everyday hockey-related bruises and muscle soreness, I kept reaching for the same greasy, petroleum-based balms and wondering why nothing was built the way we'd actually want to use it. I wanted something cleaner — a balm that could moisturize the skin while delivering the natural benefits of arnica in a tough, easy-to-use format made for athletes and active families. Not loaded with unnecessary ingredients. Not heavy or chemical-smelling. Just something that worked. That idea became Bruisers Balm: a no-nonsense arnica balm for bruises, muscle soreness, and everyday recovery — built for the game, made in the mountains, and created for anyone who takes impact seriously.
